Our aerobic digestion wastewater treatment plant has been in operation for over 30 years at our Cramlington, UK site, treating waste from our pharmaceutical manufacturing streams, in addition to third party waste from a number of local industries .
Sterling’s aerobic treatment plant works by treating organic containing aqueous waste streams, using pure oxygen to produce treated effluent that is acceptable for drains. It iss permitted by Northumbrian Water. The plant has been classified with a disposal code (D08) by the Environment Agency.
